Pure Sourdough Love. Made with just four ingredients: Organic, unbleached all-purpose flour, sea salt, purified water and lots of time. It can take up to three days to make a loaf of this bread — and it is worth it!
The process starts with fermented starter consisting of organic, unbleached all-purpose flour and purified water. When ready, the starter is mixed with more flour, salt and water and then is allowed to ferments more. The dough is then shaped into loaves and allowed to ferment for another 8–12 hours, then baked to a beautiful golden brown. This might be the best sourdough in Clark County... really!
Mini loaves/boules are sold individually at markets and events for $4.00 each. Can be ordered in multiples of 3 (please allow time for production).
